Launching soon

Clinic management,
simplified.

01

Built for one specialty, not stretched to fit

Most clinic software is general-purpose, then bent towards whatever practice buys it. Ours is shaped around how a gynaecology practice actually runs its day — the first consultation, antenatal follow-ups, procedures, pharmacy — so the screens match the work instead of fighting it.

02

The whole practice in one workspace

  • Appointments and live patient queue
  • Electronic medical records
  • Antenatal schedules and obstetric history
  • Scan, lab and prescription records
  • Billing, invoicing and payment tracking
  • Pharmacy and consumable inventory
  • WhatsApp reminders and recalls
  • Daily collections and practice reports

03

Nothing to install, nothing to maintain

It is sold as a subscription and runs in the cloud. No server to buy, no software to update, no IT person to keep on call. Your staff sign in from any computer or phone in the clinic, and improvements arrive on their own.

  • Founding-clinic pricing locked in if you continue after launch

Limited to a small number of practices, so each one gets proper attention.

Apply as a pilot clinic

You should be able to stop working with us and lose nothing.

Most owners we meet have already paid for software once. It technically works — but the code sits with a developer who stopped answering the phone, on a server registered to someone else, with nothing written down. Changing a price or adding one field turns into a negotiation.

We build so that cannot happen to you. Everything we write goes into a repository in your account from the first commit, documented well enough that a developer who has never met us can pick it up and keep going.

What we build

Three kinds of work, all of it custom. No themes, no templates resold as software.

Business systems

The system your team works in all day — leads, orders, inventory, billing and reporting in one place instead of five spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.

  • Role-based logins and approvals
  • GST invoicing and payment tracking
  • Inventory and order management
  • Reports your accountant will accept
  • WhatsApp and SMS notifications

Customer-facing platforms

The part your customers touch — booking, catalogues, portals and payments, built to survive a real Monday morning rather than a demo.

  • Online booking and scheduling
  • Product catalogue with search
  • Razorpay / Cashfree payments
  • Customer login and order history
  • Works properly on a phone

Mobile apps

Android and iOS from one codebase, for field teams who are offline half the day and customers who will never open a laptop.

  • Offline data capture that syncs later
  • Photo, signature and location capture
  • Push notifications
  • Play Store and App Store publishing
  • Published under your developer account

How we work

Four stages. You can stop after any one of them and still have something of value.

  1. 1

    A free consultation call

Forty-five minutes mapping how your business actually runs today and where it breaks. You leave with a written summary of what we discussed — whether you hire us or not. Plenty of people use it to brief someone else, and that's fine.

  2. 2

A fixed scope and a fixed price

A written document listing every screen and every rule, with what is not included stated as plainly as what is. Price and timeline are fixed against that document, so neither of us is guessing three months from now.

  3. 3

    Two-week milestones you can see

At the end of each milestone you get working software to click through, not a progress report. Payment is released against that milestone, after you've seen it. If something is heading the wrong way, you find out in week two, not month four.

  4. 4

    Handover, properly

Repository, documentation, server and domain access in your name, and two training sessions for your team. Afterwards you can keep us on a care plan, hire someone else, or hire nobody. All three are normal.

Your code is yours.
In writing, from day one.

This is in the contract, not just on the website. It is the single thing we would want promised to us if we were the ones buying software.

Talk to us about your project
  • Repository in your account

Created under your organisation before the first line is written, not transferred as a favour at the end.

  • Documentation for the next developer

Written on the assumption that someone else will maintain it — because one day someone else might.

  • Servers and domains in your name

You hold the root credentials. We get access because you grant it, and you can revoke it in a minute.

  • No licence fees on your own software

You paid for it once. There is no per-user charge, no annual unlock, nothing that expires if you leave.

Training, taught by people who ship software

We teach the same languages and tools we build client systems with, and we teach them practically — a concept is explained and then written as working code in the same session. Every learner finishes on a live project rather than a tutorial exercise, and leaves with a certificate and something real to show an interviewer.

  • C

Fundamentals, memory and pointers — the base everything else stands on.

  • C++

Object-oriented programming, the STL, and problem solving for exams and interviews.

  • Java

Core Java through to backend development with Spring Boot and REST APIs.

  • Angular

Components, services and routing — building real screens against real APIs.

  • Databases

SQL, schema design, and queries that still hold up once the data grows.

  • Specialisation tracks

Full-stack, backend or front-end, chosen once the fundamentals are solid.

What it costs

Published up front, because you deserve to know whether we are in your range before you spend an hour on a call.

Fixed-scope project

from ₹3,00,000

One system, one agreed scope, one price, paid across milestones. The final figure moves with what you actually need — the number of screens, user roles, integrations and whether a mobile app is included. You get that figure in writing before any work starts.

Annual maintenance

20% of project value

Charged yearly, plus server costs at actual. Covers bug fixes, security updates, backups and a fixed response time. Optional — the system is yours and runs without it, but most clients keep it for the first few years.

Training programmes

Per batch

Course fees depend on the language, the track and whether you join a batch or take one-to-one sessions. Certification and the live project are included either way. Ask for current batch fees.

All figures exclude GST. Server, domain and third-party service charges (payment gateway, SMS, WhatsApp) are billed at actual, in your own name.

Building software since 2021

Quality work, on the date we promised, at a price that holds up.

House of Hope Technologies has been building custom software from Ahmedabad since 2021. We work directly with the people who will use what we build — no account managers in between, and straight answers about what is and isn't possible before you commit to anything.

Three commitments shape every project we take on. They are also the three things clients tell us went wrong the last time they paid for software.

Java & Spring Boot · Angular · React Native · PostgreSQL & MySQL · Docker · AWS

  • Architecture decided before code is written

The data structures behind a screen decide whether it still responds in two years, when the table holds a million rows instead of a thousand. We weigh time and space complexity up front and choose deliberately, rather than discovering the problem the month your staff start saying the system has gone slow.

  • Deadlines we have actually worked backwards from

A date is a commitment, not an optimistic guess made to win the project. We would rather quote four months and deliver in four than quote two and apologise twice.

  • Pricing without padding

A starting figure published openly, payment against milestones you have seen working, and any change quoted before it is built rather than appearing on an invoice afterwards.

Questions people ask before hiring us

Who actually writes the code?

[Answer honestly — whether it's you alone, you plus contractors, or a small team. Clients respect a straight answer here far more than a vague one, and they will find out eventually anyway.]

What happens if I want to work with a different developer later?

You take the repository, the documentation and the server access, and you go. Nothing is encrypted, obfuscated or tied to a licence key we control. We will also answer the new developer's questions for 30 days after handover at no charge.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused internal system usually runs three to four months. A larger platform with payments, multiple user roles and a mobile app runs longer. We give a fixed timeline only after the scope document is agreed, because any number before that is a guess.

What do you need from me to get started?

Time, mostly. An hour for the first call, then a few hours across the project to review each milestone and answer questions about how your business really works. Projects slip because content, data and decisions arrive late — almost never because of the code.

Do you work with clients outside Ahmedabad?

Yes. Most work happens over calls and shared screens regardless of the city. For clients in and around Ahmedabad we do the first meeting in person where it helps.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small fixes within the agreed scope are covered for [30/60/90] days after handover. Beyond that, changes are quoted individually or covered by a monthly retainer, whichever works out cheaper for you.

Tell us what you're trying to fix

The first call is free and there's no obligation afterwards. If what you need isn't something we're right for, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
